Do you carry out commercial EICRs?

Yes. We undertake Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) for a wide range of commercial premises, including offices, retail units, warehouses, workshops and other business properties.

How often should a commercial property be inspected?

Inspection intervals depend on the type of premises, how the installation is used and its overall condition. We can advise on a suitable testing frequency for your property.

Can you complete remedial works following an EICR?

Yes. Where defects or non-compliances are identified, we can provide a clear quotation for any remedial works required and carry these out efficiently to help bring the installation to a safe and satisfactory standard.

Do you provide commercial electrical maintenance?
